Local Challenges, Local Solutions

Designate Hereford Regional Medical Center as a Phase II clinical adjunctive implementation site. This role will expand the county’s capacity for prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care, reducing the need for families to travel out of the county.

.

Strengthen the role of Casa del Llano and expand bilingual education and navigation support through CHWs, ensuring culturally relevant communication and improved access for Spanish-speaking families.
